The Veterans' Legal Aid Society was founded to fill a critical need to assist Veterans and their families in seeking Aid and Attendance benefits, as well as provide income-based legal aid services to Veterans of limited means. There are few legal practioners who specialize in this area, and consequently, many Veterans receive little help in filing the myriad forms required to receive non-service related pension benefits.

Our Veterans risk their lives keep our country safe and free, so the Veterans' Legal Aid Society firmly believes that we must do everything in our power to ensure  that they receive the care, dignity, and benefits that they have so rightfully earned.

Veterans' Legal Aid Society is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the IRS.
