The Veterans' Legal Aid Society is based in Chicago, Illinois. Our offices are located in the Mt. Greenwood neighborhood on the southwest side of the city.

Due to the nature of our organization, and the services we provide, we can only provide assistance to residents of Illinois who are within driving distance of our Chicago office. Please contact us if you would like more information about our services, or to schedule a consultation.

Please note: We assist veterans with VA pension applications and appeals. We do not provide assistance with criminal matters or general civil matters such as divorce, child custody, unpaid taxes, evictions, or personal injury law suits. Please see our resources page for a list of organizations that may be able to provide assistance in these areas.
